Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 September 2026

This notice explains how Supreme Business Advisory Ltd (company number 17025531) (“we”, “us”) collects and uses your personal data, and your rights under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

What we collect

When you contact us through this website’s enquiry form, we collect the information you provide — your name, email address, company name and the details of your message. Our first-party analytics (see below) also records the pages you visit and the general technical details of your visit.

How we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your information to respond to your enquiry and to provide the services you ask for — website, payroll, formations, compliance and advisory. Our lawful basis is your consent (given when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to genuine business enquiries and understanding how our website is used.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share it with trusted service providers who help us operate — for example our hosting, email and case-management providers — and with introducer or referral partners only where you have asked us to make that introduction (for example, a business banking, invoice finance or FX partner). Any provider acts on our instructions as a processor. Where we introduce you to a partner for a product we do not provide ourselves, we may receive a referral fee or commission from that partner — this never changes the price you pay.

Retention

We keep your information only for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry, deliver the service, and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete it.

Your rights

To exercise any of these, contact us at [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

See our cookie policy for how we use cookies and similar technology.

Changes

We may update this notice; the latest version is always on this page.
