Using the site

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse it, introduce anything malicious, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or to any account, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or disrupt its operation. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe any of that is happening.

Nothing here is advice

The pages, articles and calculators on this site are general information about what we do. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice, and they are not a recommendation to take any particular course of action. Advice means an engagement: it is given to you, in writing, about your circumstances, under a signed agreement. Until that exists, do not act on this site alone.

Calculators and estimates

Any figure produced by a tool on this site — including the capital allowances estimate — is indicative. It is generated from the figures you type in and from published rates current at the time, and it makes broad assumptions that may not hold for you. It is not a quotation, not a valuation, not a claim, and it does not form a contract. Rates and thresholds change; a page may not have caught up. Nothing is confirmed until we have looked at your actual position and put it in writing.

Where a specialist service is delivered by a partner firm rather than by us, we say so on the page. Those partners contract with you directly and on their own terms.

The partner portal

Access to the portal is granted to named users of client and partner accounts. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in link and device secure and for what is done under your access. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has it. The portal is read-only reporting drawn from our platform; we do not warrant that every figure is current to the minute, and we may change or withdraw it.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, at any time, without notice.

Intellectual property

The content, branding, design, code and methods on this site belong to Supreme Business Advisory Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other rights. You may read it, print a copy for your own reference, and quote briefly from it with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale, republish it, sell it, or use it to build a competing service.

No warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is”. We work to keep information accurate and current but make no warranty, express or implied, that it is complete, accurate, current or fit for any particular purpose.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site, or from reliance on anything published on it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another organisation — a sister business in the Supreme family, a partner firm, or a source such as GOV.UK — we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or its handling of your data.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
