VAT applications, UTR chases, EORI numbers, Gateway recovery, confirmation statements for the clients who never send anything. We run them to written procedures and report back. You keep the year-end and the advisory relationship.
A clean register before the lender looks
Lender criteria are measured on the public record and on filed accounts. A resigned director still shown, an overdue statement, a missing PSC filing all cost a deal. We tidy the register and the registrations before the application goes in.
The company work around the legal work
Formations and share transfers for your transactions, PSC filings after a change of control, appointments and resignations, registered office moves. Filed the day you need them, with the paper trail kept.
Clients who are licensed before they are covered
Your clients in food, alcohol, waste and construction need the registration that goes with the policy. We get them registered, and payroll through We Switch gives you employer liability data that is current.

Three ways to work with us
- Refer. Introduce the client, we deal with them directly, you are copied on the outcome. Simplest.
- White-label. The client sees your name. We run the procedures behind you and report to you, not to them.
- Retainer. A block of admin hours a month for your whole client book: register hygiene, registrations, chases. Priced on volume.

Common questions
Do you white-label?
Yes. Our sister payroll bureau already runs as a white-labelled service, and the same applies here. The client can see Supreme, or see you. Either way, you stay the adviser and the relationship is yours.
Will you try to sell my client accountancy or legal work?
No. We are not accountants or solicitors and we do not want to be. We do the registrations, the licences and the register work, and we send the client back to you for everything else. When a client of ours needs an accountant, a broker or a solicitor, we refer out.
What is the set-up marketplace?
A register of more than two hundred providers across banking, insurance, payments, software, telecoms and lending with whom we hold partner arrangements. New companies get set up with the right tools on day one, and where a partner arrangement pays a referral fee, that is shared on agreed terms.
How do referral fees work?
Simply and in writing. Where you refer work to us, or we refer to you, the arrangement is agreed up front and disclosed to the client where the rules require it. We do not pay or take undisclosed fees.
